Drake and Lil' Wayne have put to bed the rumor that there wa a RIFT between Drake and YMCMB at the OVOFest in Toronto! From his OWN LIPS, Drake chants: "Young Money is forever, Lil Wayne is forever, Drizzy Drake is forever and that's that…". They then turn up and perform "HYFR", "The Motto" and "Love Me". | Posted: 07 Aug 2013 01:40 PM PDT  Hugh Douglas, must have been feeling some kind of way last Friday when he accosted his "Numbers Never Lie" co-host Michael Smith and vowed to beat him to a pulp during a party thrown by the National Association of Black Journalists at the House of Blues in Orlando, Fla.  The Big Lead website reported Douglas called Smith an "Uncle Tom" and a "House n-----." Douglas, a 6-2, 280-pounder who spent 10 seasons in the NFL, was apparently trying to get on stage to join the DJ. He became incensed when Smith was hesitant to assist him. That's when Douglas threatened to punch Smith out. Smith attempted to walk away, but Douglas grabbed him by the wrist before party-goers intervened to break things up. An ESPN spokesman said network suits were aware of the altercation and "were looking into the situation." Still, it remains to be seen if Douglas and Smith will be able to work together.  Now, industry sources say Douglas' ESPN gig could be in serious jeopardy. Deadspin reported seeds of the confrontation may have been planted a day earlier when Smith and Jemele Hill, another ESPN personality, spoke at an NABJ event. Scott was in the news a few months ago when he was ASKED by BET to be the STYLE correspondent for the BET Awards 13 Red Carpet. MOMENTS before the show, the powers that be found B. Scott's ATTIRE 'inappropriate' and he was asked to CHANGE into more suiting Men's clothing and unceremoniously was REPLACED by Adrienne Bailon! Fast Forward to today, Scott is now SUING BET for discrimination and is asking for a HEFTY amount of CASH for damages, humiliation and discrimination! It's about to get UGLY!!!  Get the DEETS after the JUMP! Scott claims in his lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was hired to be the Style Stage Correspondent for the pre-show in June. At the beginning of the show, Scott claims he was wearing a flowing black tunic and black pants ... which he says were approved by BET honchos.  Scott claims after the first segment of the pre-show, he was pulled backstage and told his garb wasn't acceptable. Scott says he was ordered to "mute the makeup, pull back his hair" and remove the women's wear ... which included heels. Scott says they forced him to change into men's clothing [see below]. Even after all that,Scott says he was still SLASHED from the show and replaced by Adrienne Bailon.  He wants $2.5 million minimum from BET. I am on the FENCE on this one. I understand what he is saying, but I also understand BET's POV as well. If you HIRE someone to do something, then by accepting the JOB you have to go by the GUIDELINES set by the EMPLOYER. A construction worker is expected to wear a HARD HAT on site so if BET had GUIDELINES for attire by accepting you pretty much have to go by their guidelines, correct?
