At the end of season 2 we were introduced to 'Rowan'!!! RECAP 'Olivia Pope' has a FATHER, and he KNOWS A LOT..about EVERYBODY... 'Scandal' creator has spilled a little about the fate of 'Rowan and Olivia and the WHOLE CAST of for the upcoming season! GET THE SPOILERS after the JUMP!  Shonda Rhimes dropped these TIDBITS about Season 3 to 'TV GUIDE': Viewers will see more of the relationship between Kerry Washington's Olivia Pope and her father, Rowan, who was revealed at the end of Season 2. The Season 2 finale also made public Olivia's affair with President Fitzgerald Grant. His Chief of Staff, Cyrus, will be "busy trying not to have a heart attack," according to Rhimes, and the crew has "some big challenges on their hands right there." Fans can also expect the issue of Fitz's re-election to come up in the second half of the season. And speaking of the President, his relationship with his wife, Mellie, will become somewhat clearer when Season 3 premieres. "Scandal" might also tell the stories of Abby and Harrison through flashbacks "if there's something in the backstory that relates to the bigger story," Rhimes said. The relationship between Abby and David, as well as the latter's new status as U.S. Attorney, will also come into play. Remember that 'DARK' Road 'Quinn' started down at the end of Season 2, well it gets even DARKER: In season 2 Quinn got a chance to torture the man who killed her boyfriend Gideon. She discovered that she's far more capable than she ever thought she was and she's rocking some new skills as far as she's concerned, so she's enjoying herself. Brown is doing fine NOW, but it seems that his SEIZURE was provoked by US--the media! Extreme 'emotional stress' and 'negativity' seems to be the cause of Brown's health scare! Get the DETAILS after the jump!  Reps for Brown say that he suffered a Non-epileptic seizure due to intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress--stress brought on by the MEDIA and negativity they want us to believe. I know about this DISORDER in DETAIL: A NES used to be called pseudo-seizures, because they are in fact not REAL seizures, but an event that MIMICS a seizure brought on by STRESS. And we know in recent weeks, Brown has been under quite a bit.
