'Hit The Floor' debuted in a spot that saw season 2 of 'Single Ladies' DOMINATE last year. This new series centers around the cut-throat, world of PROFESSIONAL Cheerleading and BASKETBALL! Where the Basketball WIVES gives you DRAMA after the fact... this new show lets you see just WHY them 'Basketball Ball Wives' have such DISDAIN for the CHEERLEADERS. These ladies SERVE up SEX appeal night after night and are in CLOSE PROXIMITY to the ballers. And that combination is a RECIPE for temptation, desire and LUST!!!  Missed the PREMIERE?? Well watch the FULL EPISODE right HERE!!! Ahsha Hayes enters the wild world of professional basketball when she tries out for the elite L.A. Devil Girls dance team.  Looks like this is shaping up to be a HOT summer on VH1! I've covered cheerleader tryouts for the Atlanta Hawks, and the behind the scenes ACTION is where it's at! Those ladies FIGHT tooth and nail to garner a COVETED spot on the squad and sometimes that means doing the UNORTHODOX to secure your spot...... Full SYNOPSIS of series after JUMP  HIT THE FLOOR follows the lives and loves of the Los Angeles Devil Girls, the premiere dance team in all of professional basketball. At its heart is Ahsha, a sheltered young woman who joins the team against the wishes of her mother Sloane, who knows this treacherous, tempting world all too well having been a Devil Girl herself. Olivia is the shrewd squad manager, Jelena is the star dancer who won't let anyone else share the spotlight and Pete Davenport is the former All-Star who's come back to coach his old team. In series, Ahsha takes her tentative first steps as a Los Angeles Devil Girl, including orientation and first practices. Meanwhile Jelena seethes over Ahsha being let on the team and targets not just her but also Olivia for going against her to make it happen. Raquel has her hands full with her ex while Kyle makes the most of her new gig, seducing the Hollywood elite who fill the front row.  Ahsha starts to taste celebrity and experience the high life in Hollywood. Temptations become harder to resist. As a result, her relationship with German starts becoming strained. As Ahsha is drawn more and more to Derek, she finds herself torn between her old life and her exciting new one.  Jelena also experiences romantic trials with Terrence as their relationship is put to the test by how ambitious Jelena is, and how far she's willing to go to maintain her position at the top. Meanwhile, how far Olivia went to succeed back in the day gets dredged up by the return of fellow original Devil Girl and former best friend Sloane. Their complicated past haunts them both and threatens to unearth in a big way in the present. All the while, the mystery surrounding the disappearance of missing dancer Mia continues to grow, threatening to blow the roof off the entire L.A. Devils organization. In the WNBA opener between the Phoenix Mercury and the Chicago Sky, rookie Brittney Griner did something NO WOMAN has done before--DUNK TWICE in the same game! Griner is only the 3rd WNBA player to DUNK and isn't it SWEET that she SET a NEW RECORD!!!!?? Griner's Phoenix Mercury fell, 102-80, to the Chicago Sky in what served as a premier match up of rookie stars. [details] Posted: 27 May 2013 05:50 AM PDT  KORDELL is calling FOUL on Porsha claiming that she is LYING about the whole thing and that he has no intentions of HOUSING her or CLOTHING HER!!!   According to Kordell, Porsha is MILKING the SYMPATHY card to garner more public outcry. Kordell says he INFORMED his wife that he had intentions on CHANGING the locks days before it was done. He also told her if she needed access to their home to let him know.  Kordell also says that Porsha is a CELEBRITY with the means to make her own money, but due to her financial NEGLIGENCE she is in RUIN and he has NO INTENTIONS on supporting her any further. Formerly known as Decoration Day, it commemorates U.S. soldiers who died while in the military service. First enacted to honor Union soldiers of the American Civil War. It was extended after World War I to honor Americans who have died in all wars.   The Gamutt wishes everyone out there a Grand Memorial Day!
