[details] Posted: 24 May 2013 03:42 PM PDT  As many times as Charles Ramsey dropped Mc'Donald's name in his now VIRAL interview after the rescue of Amanda Berry, et. all, this was BOUND to happen. The fast food JUGGENAUT has decided to gift Ramsey with FREE BURGERS for a YEAR!!! I didn't make this up! Get the DETAILS after the JUMP!!!  The big burger gift comes after Ramsey repeated, in interview after interview, that he had gone to McDonald's before rescuing the women and rushed to their aid carrying a "half-eaten Big Mac." The fast food company also donated $10,000 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in the names of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michele Knight, the three women who were held hostage for years. Thousands of people took to Twitter in the days after the rescue, urging McDonald's to respond to Ramsey's Big Mac close-up. "Free burgers for life!" one man tweeted. "It was the best advert you could get — Heroes eat Big Macs," another wrote." Others called for him to star in a commercial and become the next Ronald McDonald. McDonald's was so inundated with suggestions that the company felt compelled to respond, Danya Proud, a McDonald's spokeswoman, said at the time. But for weeks, McDonald's was quiet regarding whether it had contacted Ramsey. Proud said it was out of respect for the victims and their families. At the same time, court documents surfaced that detailed Ramsey's run-ins with the law, including convictions for domestic violence, burglary and drug abuse. His last offense was in 2003. Restaurants are still lauding him as a hero, and making sure he won't go hungry after his year-long McDonald's binge. 14 local Ohio restaurants announced they'll also give him free burgers — for life. All he has to do is flash his 'Chuck Card,' a lifetime pass printed just for him, at participating restaurants and he's guaranteed the gratis ground beef. Hodges, a restaurant in downtown Cleveland where Ramsey happens to work as a dishwasher, is going even further. The restaurant is now offering the Ramsey Burger, modeled after the Big Mac. Randy BOWED out early, and with Nicki and Mariah working on NEW projects, it's pretty much a WRAP!!! So how will 'Idol' re-energize the fans to return for season 13?? There are ALSO other ALUMS that are on the short list! Check the DETAILS after the JUMP!! From E! News: American Idol has nailed down its first alum turned judge: Jennifer Hudson. Multiple sources confirm exclusively to E! News that the Oscar-winning singer has signed a deal to sit at the judges' table this fall for season 13. The other two spots are also intended for former Idol contestants: Kelly Clarkson and either Adam Lambert or Clay Aiken.   The "superstar-alum" theme is aimed at reclaiming some of Idol's lost viewership—the series is down about 10 million viewers from two years ago, in part because of the success of The Voice. Fox (smartly) wants to highlight Idol's upper hand: It's the only singing competition to actually manufacture top-selling stars. "It's Idol alums bringing in the next generation," says one Fox source of the reasoning behind the casting for season 13. Current judges Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson and Keith Urban will not be returning. Hudson didn't win the show's third season but went on to have one of the most high-profile careers, winning an Academy Award in 2006 for Best Supporting Actress for Dreamgirls. She most recently appeared on the second season of NBC's troubled and now-canceled series Smash. Fox had no comment on Hudson's casting. This IDEA actually could have some 'legs' but we will see. E! Cole has been making a lot of noise lately with the single 'Power Trip' and its sinister video. For 'Born Sinner', Cole has managed to secure ICONIC group TLC as a feature!!   "I wanted to go with my favorites and then have them do the things that I love them for doing," said Cole. They [TLC] doing what I loved them for. Those are incredible features. TLC, that's like a blessing even having them. That's crazy." He recorded with T-Boz and Chilli separately. "I got T-Boz in L.A. She came out to the studio. I got her part. And I got Chilli in Atlanta. Just an incredible experience getting them there." Cole also says he pushed his album up to June 18th in order to go HEAD to HEAD with Kanye West's 'Yeezus'.
