A few weeks ago a RUMOR got out that Diggs made the remark about his BLACK co-stars on set.... BUT THAT was indeed a RUMOR. Now that is a moot point because after 11 years, Diggs and Idina Menzel are SEPARATING!  "Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have jointly decided to separate at this time," reps for the couple said in a statement. "Their primary focus and concern is for their son. Usually, posting a picture of your significant other on the Internet with the caption "My wife looked like a 60 year old woman as a child" would get you in a ton of trouble. That was the SITUATION for reality star and boutique owner Toya Wright--the famous EX-WIFE of Lil' Wayne. We reported earlier that Mrs. Wright was pulled over for speeding when the officers then found that there was a warrant for her arrest---FOR AN UNPAID PARKING TICKET! Yes, in ATLANTA and other areas, you will get HAULED OFF to JAIL an treated like a REAL CRIMINAL for PARKING CITATIONS! Toya took to INSTAGRAM to speak on her EXPERIENCE in JAIL for a night and to advocate BETTER TREATMENT of those incarcerated. See what she SAID.. Wow!!! It's true I was jailed due to a old ticket that I thought I had taken care of but it was not. I try my best to take care of that sort of thing quickly but some how the ticket slipped through the cracks. I spent a day in jail and I must say that this experience was one of the most devastating of my life. I wouldn't wish jail time for my worse enemy. Everyone that gets locked up isn't a danger to the community. Many people that are in jail are just like me for a ticket that was either forgotten or thought to be taken care of. But the way most are treated is inhumane. I never thought in a million years that the kind of things I've witnessed went on. The situation was so bad that I don't even want to leave out the house. After my ordeal I am seriously contemplating being an advocate of better treatment for prisoners. Please believe I'm working on my lightening up my lead foot and if I do mess up and get another ticket, that day it will be taken care of. After being transported from one jail to another for a freaking traffic ticket. I met some cool and helpful cops at College park Jail. Thank you guys for being so sweet and helpful to me……What a way to celebrate my hubby's bday. | 'Fake' Sign Language Interpreter at #Mandela Funeral mars momentous event! [details] Posted: 11 Dec 2013 12:21 PM PST  Now this is just CRAZINESS! So reports are saying that the INTERPRETER that was signing at Mandela's Funeral was a FAKE and that his signing if it can be called that was 'RUBBISH'! Deaf people watching the Nelson Mandela memorial were bemused and shocked by a "fake" sign language interpreter on stage whose gestures were unintelligible, activists said Wednesday. The interpreter was watched by millions as he stood beside speakers at the event including President Barack Obama.  Hundreds of people took to social media to express their anger at the interpreter's gestures, and several deaf groups confirmed his signing did not reflect the comments being made to honor the anti-apartheid icon. Paul Breckell, chief executive of the U.K.-based charity Action on Hearing Loss, told NBC News: "We are shocked by the quality of sign language interpretation at Nelson Mandela's memorial — if it could be called interpretation at all." He added that "the limited number of signs, the amount of repetition, lack of facial expressions and huge gaps in translation meant that deaf or hard of hearing people across the world were completely excluded from one of the biggest events in recent history." Among the first to express their dissatisfaction was Wilma Newhoudt-Druchen, the first deaf woman to be elected to the South African parliament, who tweeted that the signing was "rubbish," adding: "He cannot sign. Please get him off." via: NBC NEWS  Mr Duchen told the Associated Press "there was no meaning in what he used his hands for". He and other language experts pointed out that the man was not signing in South African or American sign languages and could not have been signing in any other known sign language because there was no structure to his arm and hand movements. Amjad Shaikh, a supporter of the ruling ANC party who studied sign language as a boy, said he tried to contact the organisers of the memorial after seeing the man on television. "What this man was doing was making no sense," he said. Mr Sheikh said at first he thought the man may have been using "a foreign system" of sign language that he did not understand, but having asked around, he discovered "no one knew anything about it". | #ToyaWright ARRESTED in ATLANTA! Find out WHY! [details] Posted: 11 Dec 2013 11:32 AM PST  Remember Toya Wright? Lil' Wayne's ex wife and baby mama! Well she was PULLED over yesterday and subsequently ARRESTED in Georgia! FInd out WHY! The details surrounding the arrest are sketchy at best -- with one law enforcement official telling us Wright was pulled over in College Park, GA yesterday ... and during the stop, the cop noticed a warrant out for her arrest. We're told ... the warrant was issued after Wright failed to appear at a recent court date -- though it's unclear why she was supposed to be in court to begin with. Toya was then arrested and taken into custody. Toya, who starred in the reality show "Tiny and Toya," was eventually released from jail Wednesday morning at 1:30 AM on a $290 bond. $290 BOND!?
