The red band trailer for Zac Efron, Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan's comedy That Awkward Moment (formerly Are We Officially Dating?) has debuted online. In the movie, three friends played by Efron, Teller and Jordan struggle to stay single despite vowing to do so after Jordan's character breaks up with his girlfriend. The risque trailer features a naked Efron sprawled across a toilet after he and his friends' plan to take Viagra so they can still have sex after drinking goes awry.  There's also a comedic dispute over peanut-butter ice cream as Teller and Efron's characters refuse to let Jordan's character drown his sorrows in dessert after his breakup. | 'Bound TOO'? #Kanye being SUED over ILL-GOTTEN 'Bound 2' Sample! [audio] Posted: 24 Dec 2013 01:36 PM PST  We've all had our fun and listening enjoyment over Kanye's latest 'masterpiece' Bound 2'. He's getting a ton of radio spins and in turn MORE ALBUM SALES, but one person in the equations is being SCREWED out of millions--the GUY Kanye SAMPLED the bulk of his song from. And that SOMEONE want YEEZY to PAY UP or ELSE!! Ricky Spicer -- an ex-member of the '70s soul group, "Ponderosa Twins Plus One",which recorded a song called "Bound" back in 1970 is the man behind this LAWSUIT. Spicer, who was 12 years old when he laid down the track, says he recently heard Kanye's new hit on the radio and IMMEDIATELY recognized his old work. LISTEN FOR YOURSELF: That's CLEARLY the same voice and the same BEAT! But the RUB is that Spicer or any other members of the group did not give Yeezy's camp permission to sample and loop his vocals! So Spicer filed a lawsuit in NYC on Monday and wants Kanye to STOP USING his vocals and to PAY him for damages. Listening to BOTH, we think Apicer has a GOOD CASE. As we know, this is not the 1st time Kanye has been accused of JACKING other people's vocals without permission. But I am sure Kanye will throw some MONEY at the situation and make it DISAPPEAR.
