| Judge REVOKES #ChrisBrown's PROBATION! [details] Posted: 16 Dec 2013 10:45 PM PST  That RIHANNA BEATDOWN just won't go away for Chris Brown it seems. The judge in the domestic case has just REVOKED Chris Brown's PROBATION!  The judge did not remand Chris into custody, because of Chris' progress in his anger management rehab. The judge will hold a hearing on the matter in February, and it's possible he could sentence Chris to time in the prison. The judge also ordered Chris NOT to use medical marijuana for the time being. It just seems that RIHANNA REIGN just won't LET UP! Let' hope Chris' team of lawyers can get him out of this JAM! www.thegamutt.com  |

[details] Posted: 16 Dec 2013 04:32 PM PST  With COPIES of Beyonce's hit new disc, 'BEYONCE' flying like HOTCAKES from iTunes, you would think when the physical copy comes available RETAILERS would FLOCK to it--NOT TARGET! Find out WHY!  She continues, "While there are many aspects that contribute to our approach and we have appreciated partnering with Beyonce in the past, we are primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats. At this time, Target will not be carrying Beyonce's new self-titled album 'Beyonce.'" Most physical retailers will receive it by Friday, Dec. 20. It is understood that the album will not have any additional bonus or exclusive content, for any retailer. Beyonce has previously worked with Target to give the retailer exclusive editions of her albums. Her last studio release, 2011's "4," had a version exclusive to Target that came with six additional tracks. She also starred in a TV commercial for the retailer, where the singer can be heard saying "I put so much into my new album, and only Target gives you all of it." Billboard estimates that iTunes is the largest seller of music in the U.S., with about a 41% share of the market in 2012. Walmart had 10%, while Amazon (9%) and Target (5%) were the third and fourth-largest sellers, respectively. However, another major retailer, Walmart, will be carrying "Beyonce" -- and it should be in their stores by the end of the week. Walmart is "happy to be able to carry her album and support all physical music," says Walmart spokesperson Sarah McKinney. So, how did 'Brian' return? Get the DETAILS after the JUMP! Here's what happened: The youngest Griffin ran into a version of himself who had traveled into the future before Brian was hit by a car. He distracted him with the help of the Griffin's new dog, Vinny, and went back in time to warn Brian. But because he did that, his timeline never existed and future Stewie ceased to exist. Posted: 16 Dec 2013 11:03 AM PST  In just 3 days, Beyonce has SHATTERED SALES RECORDS with a 829K HAUL for her new disc simply titled, 'Beyonce'! Just IMAGINE if she did promotions for the disc prior to its release!? Get the DETAILS after the JUMP!  Beyonce took a big risk in dropping her self-titled album on iTunes late last week without any pre-release promotion, and it's now abundantly clear that the bold move paid off. The singer's camp tells The Huffington Post that "Beyoncé" sold 828,773 copies over the weekend, a massive take made even more impressive by the fact that the album was an iTunes exclusive for the duration of that period. The album was the fastest-selling to ever hit iTunes and sold 617,213 copies domestically. Featuring collaborations from Drake, Frank Ocean and Beyoncé's husband and daughter Jay Z and Blue Ivy, the LP is a huge boost for Sony. Beyonce's tally will be the highest for a woman since Taylor Swift's "Red" sold 1.2 million copies in November 2012. The final first-week figure will also be Beyonce's personal best, topping 2006's "B'day," which sold 541,000 in its first week. "Beyoncé" went No. 1 in 104 countries. Billboard reported earlier that "Beyoncé" moved 80,000 copies in its first three hours on iTunes. Sales are helped by the fact that the 14-track album (which comes with 17 videos) is only available as a single $15.99 purchase -- songs are not available for individual purchase until Dec. 20. In a press release that followed the surprise drop, Beyonce said the move was in part motivated by a desire to not repeat the traditional album promo cycle. "I didn't want to release my music the way I've done it," she said. "I am bored with that. I feel like I am able to speak directly to my fans. There's so much that gets between the music, the artist and the fans. I felt like I didn't want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. Momma Joyce is GRASPING AT STRAWS now, blaming Attorney Phaedra Parks for 'The case of the Short, Big Heads'! LOL. Joyce can't fault Phaedra for introducing Todd and Kandi. Also the annual TRIP that NeNe 'planned'. Hmm, I thought Andy at Bravo planned the outings? Maybe NeNe SUGGESTED Savannah of all places? Budget must be DWINDLING at the end of the year? But I can see NeNe's plight? I mean a few minutes late, is OK, but a few HOURS LATE? And Kandi was RIGHT to clap back at Kenya. I mean, WHO MADE HER THE PRINCIPAL of the bus as Cynthia stated. LOL.
