Kerry Washington had welcomed a HEALTHY BABY GIRL into the world!! The beautiful Kerry Washington welcomed daughter Isabelle Amarachi on Monday, April 21 in Los Angeles.  "Kerry is at home busy with the baby," a source tells PEOPLE. YES it was on the HUSH HUSH because that was over 2 weeks ago!It's the first child for Washington and her husband, former San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, who tied the knot in a secret wedding last July. Washington, 37, revealed her pregnancy last October and debuted her baby bump on the red carpet in a cream Balenciaga gown at the Golden Globes in January. Oddly enough, DAD, Nnamdi didn't SIGN the BIRTH CERTIFICATE until a WEEK after the baby was BORN... Hmmmmm we wonder...... Film credits include A Chorus Line (1985), For Keeps (1988), Sister Act 2 (1993), What's Love Got to Do with It (1993), Blues Brothers 2000 (1998) and Introducing Dorothy Dandridge (1999). On television, Brown played the character Daisy on the CBS soap opera Love of Life in 1971, and she originated the role of Chantel on the NBC soap Generations from 1989 to 1990. She portrayed a young Louise in a 1981 flashback episode of The Jeffersons titled "And the Doorknobs Shined Like Diamonds". There have been NUMEROUS RUMORS of Marital DISCORD surrounding these two since Apollo's RECENT legal woes and that 'WILD CARD' Kenya Moore. Recently when Apollo was interviewed by s2s magazine he HINTED that there is TROUBLE in PARADISE and when referencing his MARRIAGE he spoke in PAST TENSE...as in SO LONG SEE YA LATER, "I Wish her the best"! | Los Angeles #NAACP President RESIGNS amid #DonaldSterling Controversy!! [details] Posted: 02 May 2014 12:03 AM PDT We could've seen this coming a MILE AWAY...  The president of the Los Angeles chapter of the NAACP has resigned, following scrutiny of his decision to give Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling an award for promoting civil rights. Leon Jenkins resignes on Thursday according to the NAACP. Jenkins had planned to present Sterling with a "lifetime achievement award" later this month but rescinded that offer this week after a recording surfaced on which Sterling made numerous raqcial attacks on minorities.  In his resignation letter, Jenkins wrote that "In order to separate the Los Angeles NAACP and the NAACP from the negative exposure I have caused the NAACP, I respectfully resign my position." "The legacy, history and reputation of the NAACP is more important to me than the presidency," Leon Jenkins, president of the Los Angeles chapter, said in a brief statement late Thursday. The national NAACP said it is "developing guidelines for its branches to help them in their award selection process." *Off the RECORD* OK. Let's get REAL. I am SURE the chapter ASKED him to resign. Imagine all the BACKLASH they must've received over this ILL-CONCEIVED idea. To distance themselves from the controversy I am sure it was AGREED in PRIVATE that Jenkins should publicly resign. And while we are on the subject, doesn't 'Leon Jenkins' sound so 'BLACK'! And he got a nice like Geri Curl too...  Not making light of the situation too much, but that is a 'black' name if ever I heard one. But back on TASK here.
