[video] Posted: 15 May 2014 06:53 PM PDT  The Leon County Sheriff's Office released Publix surveillance video that shows Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston leaving the store without paying for his groceries. Winston, who won the Heisman Trophy last season, was later cited for shoplifting $32.72 worth of seafood. He was suspended from the Seminoles baseball team after the incident. He was reinstated after finishing 20 hours of community service as required by the civil citation he was issued by the police. But as you can see his LEISURELY strolling through the store,it looks as if he NEVER had any intentions of paying. WOW.  This is somewhat funny. I guess he felt his stardom was enough payment. Usually Jay-Z and Beyonce are TIGHT-LIPPED about personal family issues, but with so much at stake the POWER PAIR have issued the following statement. Are you sitting down? CHECK what the pair have to say on the matter! "As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it. "Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family. "The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behaviour throughout that evening are simply false. "At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."  So its the typical RUN OF THE MILL carefully calculated statement. I am sure the PR people involved came to an agreement and agreed something had to be said, but still not much. We still don't know WHAT triggered the attack. And from the LOOKS of the parties involved. It did not look as if any of the parties involved were surprised at the behavior---as if this type of thing has happened before. I know I FIGHT with my BROTHERS often, but at the end of the day we are FAMILY and we make up. Also there have been NUMEROUS times I've wanted to KARATE CHOP the SH*T out of my in-laws, but i refrain. In the HEAT of the moment, tempers FLARE and we sometimes do things we wish we didn't. In ESSENCE Bey and Jay are saying, 'Shit HAPPENS and you move on. Mind your business and let a family matter stay a family matter. We get it. We've never seen Hip-Hop's 1st family UNRAVEL in public before, so its good to see that they are actually HUMAN. They have family drama just like the rest of us and in a sense, I suppose this makes them more relatable as well. So as Jay and Bey said, 'move along people, there is nothing to see here.' A teenage football player throws and CATCHES his OWN 45 yard Pass! MANVEL, Texas -- Gary Haynes of Manvel High School is known all around the Web as the teen that can catch his own football pass. His Vine video posted last week shows him throwing the ball up high and then running quite a distance to catch it. He says it was 45 yards. "I didn't think it was gonna blow up to be this big to be honest," admitted Haynes. "I just kept hearing my phone going off and looked at it and it was twitter from ESPN, Sports Nation." Some allege the video is fake, pointing to the fact that you can't see the ball's shadow. It wouldn't be the first time a little trickery was used in a Vine video. Haynes' coach at Manvel was skeptical too. So, he shot a video on Tuesday of his 17-year old player doing it again. "He thought I could do it but he wasn't sure," said Haynes. "He wanted to make sure I could do it before going on different TV shows." Haynes has never left Texas or flown on a plane before. Thanks to his great catch, he has now done BOTH! A 31 year old woman POSES as a 15 year old High school sophomore is ARRESTED for fraud and MORE! LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - A woman is behind bars after allegedly pretending to be an East Texas high school student. Charity Anne Johnson, 31, was enrolled at New Life Christian School in Longview as a sophomore. Longview police say Johnson was arrested Sunday night at an apartment in the 400 block of S. High Street after giving officers a fake name and birthday. Officer Debra Stiles said Johnson gave officers the name "Charity Stevens." This is the same alias Johnson used to enroll at New Life Christian School. WLOX.com - The News for South Mississippi A spokesperson for the school said Johnson was brought in to enroll with a person who was her guardian. She enrolled in the school, giving a date of birth that indicated she was 15. On Tuesday, staff at the school discovered her identification was fake. She had been a student there since October 2013. Tamica Lincoln says back in March, Charity told her she was 15 and needed a place to stay. "I sympathized with her, and invited her into my home. I took her in as a child, did her hair, got her clothes and shoes..." Lincoln says Charity claimed she was abused by her biological father who has since passed away, along with her biological mother. Lincoln acted as Charity's guardian and even met with Charity's 10th grade teachers at New Life Christian School. "I just don't know why she did it. Why put yourself and others at risk to do something like this?" she wonders. "I have deep concerns about her being who we don't know she is, and then she's out there at the school." As soon as Lincoln and Paul Ward suspected Charity was using a fake identity, they called the police and went straight to the school. "Teachers were crying and students were crying, and her best friend just couldn't believe it." School officials wouldn't go on camera, but they say a notice about the situation will be sent home Thursday with students. Lincoln posted a picture of Charity on Facebook, and asked if anyone knew her. The response is surprising. "I've reached out to four different women off of Facebook that she has contacted. Florida, here in Longview, Minnesota." None of those people want any further contact with Charity. They tell us that they hope she has time in jail to think about the pain she caused with her lies. Johnson was arrested for failure to identify/giving false, fictitious information. She remains in the Gregg County Jail on $500 bond. (Source:) It is sad that people have to resort to such things.
