In a SHOCKING TWIST, after being accused of BANK FRAUD and IDENTITY THEFT earlier this year, 'RHOA' star and husband to Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida pleads GUILTY to the charges before him. Charges that could land him in PRISON (again) this time for upwards of 30 years! He won't be TEXTING anyone for some time! Apollo even ACKNOWLEDGED his wrongdoings!

Nida said in court that he takes "full responsibility for my actions" and expressed regret for hurting his family and any individuals and institutions affected by his fraud. "It was a dumb situation I put myself in," he said.

In 2009, Nida had just left prison after five years for federal racketeering charges related to auto title fraud. He and Parks married and she soon signed on to be part of Real Housewives of Atlanta.

He said she was making far more money than him and he felt pressure to keep up. (He cited a $600,000 contract for her but didn't say how long that was supposed to last.) Without easy legitimate ways to make quick money, he opted for this illegal scheme instead. But he claimed to her he was running a legitimate debt recovery firm and kept her firmly in the dark.

He said he even had a nervous breakdown at one point over the pressures to "sustain a lifestyle" befitting of a reality show star. And once he started the scheme, he found it difficult to stop. "I got sucked in and engulfed and lost sight of things," he said.

Nida said he often didn't think about whether this was hurting anybody because he was primarily targeting private businesses and the government, not individuals. And in the case of unclaimed property, what were the odds these folks would ever claim them?

Are we SURPRISED? Kenya may have been right about ONE THING....she DID call Apollo a CRIMINAL. She was right. TO be this BRAZEN and to commit these types of acts, obviously Apollo is a little bit SMARTER than he lets on. But NOT TOO SMART, because he got CAUGHT. I guess Kenya gets the last laugh. Phaedra Parks has yet to speak on the situation. And from the RHOA REUNION she appears to be still under that cloak of DARKNESS and DELUSION. How can a marriage be sustained if one mate goes to PRISON for 30 years?

The FACADE that all is well in the Nida home was just that.... This may explain the TENSION we often saw between the two over the season.

Nida will be sentenced on July 8th !!

I was NOT going to say anything about this topic... but I was DRAGGED INTO it. A lot of people are all up in ARMS over comedian Leslie Jones' recent SNL 'Slave Skit'. From what I see, there are two sides to this debate. There are THOSE that seem to think that it was just HUMOR--good comedy. While other seem to think it was downright disrespectful. And interestingly enough the divide falls on either side of the RACIAL DIVIDE. Most Non-blacks found the skit funny, while the BLACKS are the ones UP IN ARMS.

See where I am going with this? Well....I THOGHT IT WAS HUMOR! Very dicey humor, but humor nonetheless. Race is a very TOUCHY ISSUE in this country. We ALL know that to be true. There is a CAREFUL way one must navigate around RACE jokes as to not OFFEND. This skit did just what it was supposed to do--CREATE CONTROVERSY and get people talking about RACE! A skilled and comic VET as Leslie most likely WROTE the jokes or at least had a HUGE PART in coming up with the DIALOGUE, but some BLACKS were upset or offended. It's JUST COMEDY. Plain and simple. And self-deprecating comedy at that. She's POKING FUN at HERSELF. I think some black people take RACE TOO serious at times. This is just light-hearted HUMOR in my opinion. You can post, or COMMENT as you may, but this is MY OPINION. I saw nothing wrong with the skit. It served its purpose...it made me LAUGH.

We have watched the melo-drama 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' last night. Again, if you recall, Mimi's bestie, Ariane Davis revealed LAST SEASON that she had delved into the LADY POND---that she was possibly BI-SEXUAL.

Fast Forward to this season and it appears that Ariane has totally SKINNY-DIPPED into the LADY LAKE and revealed to Mimi and Erica that over the summer she had met and fallen for a female deejay from NYC.

The two have gone PUBLIC and we have the PICS..and it appears they are in LOVE, or at the least IN LUST! Check the PICS after the JUMP!

Who knew Ariane was SERIOUS about the LESBIAN THING? Now THAT would make an interesting STORY-LINE... Maybe they can have an 'PG-13' LHHATL-After Dark online segment and show some of the MORE GRAPHIC details that can't be shown on the regular show??? Hmmm? But I digress...

They appear to be HAPPY...or at least HAPPY for the CAMERAS. Maybe now after two years,

Ariane will get her FACE on the 'LHHATL' opening credits. I mean she been a SIDE-LINE character for a MINUTE, she's seen K.Michelle come get top billing, Traci Steele and now Tammy, so maybe NOW

Mona will give her a vignette as well! LOL

Or it could be LOVE....and HIP HOP?

OMG! You will have a HARD TIME guessing who this CHILD STAR IS?!!! Think back to the 90's... Does it ring a 'BELL'??

This 40 year old ACTRESS was spotted RECENTLY in Los Angeles at the Hollywood premiere of 'Where We Started' on this past Friday.

She looks QUITE DIFFERENT from what we remember.

It's 90's tv star, Lark Voorhies from 'Saved By the Bell' fame! She played 'Lisa Turtle', remember?

Quite different from what we REMEMBER, right?

As for her makeup in this recent photo, Voorhies appeared to have been a little heavy handed with the foundation powder while getting ready. The shading around her eyes looked like a different color (like several shades lighter) than the makeup covering the rest of her face, causing a bizarre contouring line at the top of her cheeks.

Lark was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder a few years ago. Let's hope she is OK.

The ANNUAL Met Gala went down LAST NIGHT in NY and the RED CARPET was filled with the WHO'S WHO and the WHO'S HOT of CELEBS and public figures! The annual fete was designed to celebrate the Costume Institute's exhibition of fashion history at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. And where there is ART there is FASHION! Check who ROCKED the runway this year. Last year's theme was PUNK, this year's theme honors the 1920's style of Charles James.
