'You've been SERVED!' #Ciara gets SERVED Court Papers while PERFORMING!!! [video]

Well, I guess this is what happens when you SKIP out on a SCHEDULED performance!  Ciara allegedly BAILED on a club performance at a 'L.A. nightclub, and the promoters and the FANS were none too happy about the NO-Show.  They were so UNHAPPY to the fact that they are now SUING the singer for ditching them.

Recently while performing, Ciara was actually SERVED court papers while on STAGE!!!  Check out the clip




I wonder if it counts since she didn't say her name and Ciara put the papers down without acknowledging them?

Ciara call your lawyers!!!! IJS.
