| 13 THINGS You Need to know about #Scandal Season 4 before watching tonight! [spoilers] Posted: 25 Sep 2014 12:48 PM PDT  After WAITING ALL SUMMER to find out just where in the WORLD is 'Olivia Pope' the wait is ALMOST OVER!!! 'Scandal' season 4 ROARS BACK tonight and it's even CRAZIER than you thought! You will never ever guess where 'Olivia' is and this season will prove to be CHOCK FULL of TWISTS and TURNS and GUEST APPEARANCES and MORE. Oh and Harrison's PRESENCE lives on...... Here are 13 things you need to know about 'Scandal' season 4!! If you don't want to know.... STOP READING! If you are CURIOUS.. check after the JUMP!  1. Following Columbus Short's very public exit from the series, his character Harrison will be the first original Gladiator to bite the dust, and his death will not be dealt with lightly. "I think the key with every character's exit on all of our shows is the writers try to find the most appropriate and interesting and phenomenal way of exiting the character," executive producer Betsy Beers tells us. "I think, as a fan, they found an amazing explosive and dramatic way for him to exit."2. Prepare to see the OPA Gladiators in mourning after the death of Harrison. "We deal with it," Darby Stanchfield says. "I don't think it's dealt with in one episode. It's good." Fellow Gladiator Giullermo Diaz adds, "Nobody can really believe it happened. And Huck kind of hides his feelings and doesn't show too much emotion, but I'm sure it's all going to come out at some point." Uh-oh, hide ALL of the drills. 3. Speaking of drills, expect to see more Huckleberry Quinn in season four, as Giullermo teases, "That sexual tension is still here between them, for sure." Hm...not sure how we feel about that. Moving on! 4. As for our favorite redhead, "Abby's very different," Darby previews. "She's very changed." And Olivia's disappearing act will weigh most heavily on Abby, as she adds, "She took that quite hard." 5. Portia De Rossi is set to shake things up in a major way as…well, she's not even allowed to say who she is playing! I can say that she's very powerful and she's a power player in D.C.," the guest star spills. However, we do know one little nugget of info about her character: she's a Republican!  6. Borrowing Olivia's white hat this season? Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) and Cyrus (Jeff Perry), who are both still reeling from major losses in their personal lives. (RIP, Jerry and James!) They "are kind of both in their own ways actually intent on not just putting out fires, but leaving behind a better country," Jeff Perry says of the duo's plans now that Fitz has been re-elected. "So they are incredibly focused on political change…they actually make some headway, it's cool."7. Expect First Lady Mellie (Bellamy Young) to surprise you in the premiere with the way she's grieved the loss of her son, as Bellamy Young previews, "Where Mellie is physically and emotionally and mentally is uncharted territory. " (Fingers crossed for an appearance by Drunk Mellie!) 8. As for our heroine-in-white, who decided to leave on a jet with Jake at the end of the season? "You'll see where she went and you'll see her struggling with everything that's going on," Kerry Washington coyly previews of Olivia when we catch up with her in the premiere. Not much to go on, we know. 9. But Kerry felt so bad about not being able to give us some spoilers, that she did offer us up a headline: "We Found Out Where Olivia Pope Is and It's Crazier Than We Imagined." 10. Will she still be with Jake though?! Scott Foley wasn't spilling any major secrets, but pointed out that Jake was nowhere to be seen in that first preview, which featured Olivia enjoying a glass of vino on the beach. "I haven't seen me there in the promos!" 11. Aside from De Rossi, other newbies in season four include Private Practice's Brian Benben in a top-secret role and Lost alum Sonya Walger in a top-secret role. Sensing a theme here? 12. Recast alert! Body of Proof's Mary Mouser will now play the role of Mellie and Fitz's daughter Karen, which was previously portrayed by Madeline Carroll. 13. Jake has adopted puppies! Twitter ERUPTED with a SLEW of hateful messages about 'Power' star Omari Hardwick's wife, Jennifer Pfautch appearance. I am not sure if they were just upset that HArdwik was married to a white woman or what. But TWITTER, particularly WOMEN on social media started calling Omari's wife UGLY! During the 'R&B Divas L.A.' reunion, we got a taste of upcoming music from the 'DIVAS' and I got some emails asking where they could a FULL LISTEN to Claudette Ortiz' 'Automatic'....well here it IS!!! | WATCH #RBDivasLA Season 2- REUNION part 1 [full Ep & recap] Posted: 25 Sep 2014 08:32 AM PDT  So the R &B Divas had convened again for season 2 reunion. Let's just dive in. We learned a lot and still were left in the dark as well on some things. Why was everybody so frustrated with Chante Moore? Granted we HAVE seen a change in her this season. She sometimes gave off an air that she was better than the rest if the DIVAS and as if she did not have time for them. From my POV it seems that the fame monster has bitten some of the ladies, mainly Ms. Moore. Chante is doing to the ladies this season what he claims Kelly Price did last season. Claudette was quiet...again, but the rest of the ladies had loads to say....about Chante. Leela James, seems to be QUICK to let you know how she feels and drops it. She doesn't harbor any hard feelings ONCE SHE SAYS WHAT SHE WANTS TO SAY ABOUT YOU. That's a good trait. Get it off your chest, then leave it where it lies. Media maven Wendy Williams takes us inside part one of R&B Divas LA part one. Let's just DIVE IN! Whatever the issues are, it makes for good TV of course. But I am a FAN of Chante Moore so I don't want her to be the 'MEAN GIRL', but somebody has to do it. SO OH WELL.. let the CHIPS fall where they may. Claudette got more VOCAL as the season went on, but last night she was back to her quiet self. She had a LOT to say at the FINALE, so hopefully she can get out her words in PART 2! Fashion. The ladies looked good. There a few missteps. Leela. Leela's dress and styling made her look OLDER and MATRONLY to me. We were not a huge fan of Michel'le's 'SOLID GOLD' dress and Marilyn McCoo wig. And Chrisette, the dress was ok, but the headpiece---you could've left that on your dresser. Save it for a Halloween party or something. Lil'Mo. We are glad you toned down the blonde and got a color that best suits you, but the short Easter dress loks like you borrowed it from your daughter's closet or you were going to a quinceañera after the taping. Since she is SHORT already, just a little more LENGTH to that dress, and she would've been IN THE BUILDING. Chante Moore was a VISION. She's the oldest on the cast with the BEST BODY, hands down. Claudette was statuesque in her ensemble, and deeper color of that FROCK would have been better visually on camera. The brightness somewhat washed out her BEAUTIFUL FEATURES, but the cut of the dress was nice on her. WENDY WILLIAMS usually does well with keeping the pace of the show, but for me, it fell short in a few areas and too much time was spent on inconsequential elements of the season. We want to get to the MEAT of the riff between Chante and the rest of the cast. All those other meanderings can be saved for some BEHIND THE SCENES clips or something. GIVE US THE DIRT and the MESSINESS. That's what we want to see. All in ALL, the show was entertaining. It appears that PART 2 will get a bit more TENSE.
