| SHOCKER! #ANTM All-Stars CAST-OFF #AngeleaPreston FINALLY REVEALS why TITLE was STRIPPED from her! Posted: 20 Sep 2014 03:19 PM PDT  REMEMBER back in 2011 when Tyra Banks offered the 1st 'America's Top Model ALL_STARS' edition? Well long story short, the FINAL 3 came down to Angelea Preston, Lisa D'Amato and Allison Harvard. UNCEREMONIOUSLY at the end, Preston was disqualified and Lisa D'Amato was deemed the WINNER of CYCLE 17, when Preston was CLEARLY the FRONTRUNNER and RUMORED REAL WINNER of the cycle. There was LIMITED discussion on what really happened behind the scenes that lead to the SUDDEN CHANGE of plans and scenery on cycle 17's finale. Well NOW after all this time Preston reveals the REAL REASON she was DQed and stripped of the TITLE that she claims was indeed HERS!  America's Next Top Model All-Stars, the show's seventeenth season, crowned Lisa D'Amato its winner -- but only after Preston was originally named the winner before a sudden and largely unexplained disqualification. Now that almost three years have gone by, Preston -- who had previously called her disqualification "hypocrisy" -- is ready to talk and what she has to say isn't pretty. Preston is filing a lawsuit against America's Next Top Model saying producers stole her title and gave it to D'Amato in 2011 after discovering she had worked as an escort, TMZ reported. Preston is reportedly claiming she had told producers of her unflattering past career choice in confidence before filming ever began. News reportedly circulated quickly and her year-long position as an escort -- which she insists was legal and not prostitution -- came under fire after the finale taped and she was already crowned the season's winner. According to TMZ, a casting director questioned Preston about her escort business and deemed her history a violation of her contract, therefore stripping her of the "America's Next Top Model" title. Preston is reportedly claiming she was honest about the situation and stopped serving as an escort long before entering the All-Stars competition. OH IT GETS WORSE! Get the FULL STORY HERE! We all knew it had to be SOMETHING BIG and JUICY!!! An ESCORT! WOW. You think they did not get all the DIRT when they did a BACKGROUND CHECK prior to the show? Also, if you recall, they had to shoot another finale episode once they came back from ABROAD! SO if Preston wasn't indeed crowned the winner, there would be no NEED for a reshoot, right? So LISA won..by DEFAULT! In my OPINION, Angelea RULED the entire competition and ESPECIALLY the FINALE! She BESTED the other two girls by MILES. Allison should've been RUNNER-up to Angelea not Lisa. Preston is FAR MORE striking to Lisa. Charismatic she maybe, but Lisa has NOTHING over Angelea in the LOOKS DEPARTMENT! MY OPINION! We'll see how this LAWSUIT ENDS.... www.TheGamutt.com  |
| Posted: 20 Sep 2014 02:39 PM PDT  Just this past week on 'The Talk' co-host and comedian Sheryl Underwood revealed a NEVER HEARD BEFORE secret about WHY she was never included in the widely SUCCESSFUL 'Queens of Comedy' franchise. She went on to REVEAL that initially after TURNING DOWN the chance to be on the 1st instalment she was asked to join the 2nd film. But the LADIES involved had MISGIVINGS about her look, her ability and her contributions to the project much to the CHAGRIN on Sheryl who was listening in on the conference call without the ladies' knowledge! This is Underwood's recollection of the events! Here is Sheryl's Secret: We reiterate she was 'bruised but not broken'! Now I tend to believe what Sheryl is saying here. How often do we get to REALLY know what someone thinks of us...when they think we are not listening. Sometimes we fail to be HONEST about or true feelings. Why would Underwood LIE about an event or situation? The other QUEENS of COMEDY also had THEIR side of the events Underwood explained... Not sure if Sommore will reply, because unlike these two ladies, SHE DOES HAVE A JOB right now. But if what Underwood revealed was not TRUE, then there would be NO NEED for the other 'QUEENS' to clap back. Let's note no one DENIES what was revealed by Sheryl.  But another comic had a few choice words to add to the debate as well--RICKEY SMILEY. He added his two cents to the discussion on his syndicated morning show. Here is what he had to ADD: Smiley adds his UNSOLICITED 'teabag' to the already overflowing tea cup. He adds that he too had some MISGIVINGS about some of Underwood's ALLEGED practices when dealing with other comics and promoters and such. But truth be told WE ALL have things that we may have done that may not have set right with others--INCLUDING RICKEY. If another comic is asked, they TOO may have some MISGIVINGS or misunderstandings involving the PRACTICES of Rickey Smiley. I feel the issue was between Ms. Underwood and the other LADIES from 'The Queens of Comedy'. NOBODY CALLED HIS NAME for him to go BLABBING about stuff that may or MAY NOT have happened. GRANTED everybody has their RIGHT TO SPEAK or have an opinion. But THIS situation dealt with the LADIES and should have been kept between Sheryl and the LADIES. THIS IS MY OPINION, and you can feel however way you want. At the end of the day, Sheryl said she took their CRITICISM to heart and made improvements to HERSELF and her SENSIBILITIES. NOW she is a CO HOST on a TOP-RATED NATIONAL television show, while the others---well some of the others are not where she is now. So we APPLAUD Sheryl for revealing her secrets and SALUTE her for her accomplishments in her career. I am SURE this is not the LAST we will hear of this....
