Take a look at the cover and other promo shots. Ashanti is LOOKING SMOKING HOT these days!    Looking GOOD , right? Ashanti's 'Braveheart has had many delays, but it appears that she is still going to give us NEW MUSIC on her very one Written Ent label. And since JaRule is out of prison, maybe we'll get an 'Always On Time' reunion? The project has already spawned the hits, 'That's How we Do' with R. [details] Posted: 07 Jan 2014 06:00 PM PST  It appears that 'Body Party' singer, Ciara is starting the new year, by casting out old 'DEMONS' from 2013! Ciara has penned an 'OPEN LETTER' blasting BLOGGERS and social media! In the letter, entitled "What Is Social Media Coming To?" she reveals that she does VISIT blogs, but has become appalled by all the slander and rumor and OUTRIGHT LIES some media outlets post. She maybe even more OUTRAGED by some of the things that are directed at her. Ciara GOES IN about BLOGS: "But nowadays it seems like there's a competition with sites on 'Who Can Tear Someone Down the Most'. The stories are going from cool and creative to pure drama. Even the comment sections are beginning to get out of control and people are using the platforms to exercise a false sense of power."CICI has MORE TO SAY...  She wasn't too keen on SOCIAL MEDIA either. She adds that she sees similar behavior on Instagram and Twitter as well. "I think to myself, 'I could pick this person apart so bad but what for? Why act ugly like them?' says CiCi. "It honestly takes the fun out of it when people seem so miserable." Does Ciara make a VALID POINT? With the advent of SOCIAL MEDIA and BLOGS, people with OPINIONS are going to let them be known. It does not matter if you like it or not. It's a PLATFORM for EXPRESSION indeed, but in some instances, some can take it TOO FAR. Ciara is often the but of online jokes and mocking, but that is the NATURE of the BEAST in my opinion. Even the top stars in the GAME have their DETRACTORS. And sometimes it appears that the HIGHER you climb, and the more successful you become, the more HATED you are in some circles. This is why it is best to cater to your CORE FANS--the ones that will not leave your side and let the REST fall at the waist side. At the end of the day, you can only please a select group of people all of the time. So it's best to just DO YOUR CRAFT to the UTMOST and let the people in the peanut gallery stay in the peanut gallery, RIGHT? Right. | #Jeezy ARRESTED for BATTERY and False Imprisonment of his OWN SON! [details] Posted: 07 Jan 2014 01:07 PM PST  Atlanta rapper Jeezy has gotten himself into a bit of PICKLE and has been ARRESTED for battery, terroristic threats and false imprisonment! And the RUB is that it's against his OWN SON!!!! Get the DETAILS... via: TMZ: Rapper Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta for battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats against his own son! According to the charging documents -- obtained by TMZ -- Jeezy got into a fight with his son in a bathroom and he threw his son into the glass shower door, causing the son to hit his head. Then Jeezy allegedly punched him in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed and pummeled him. According to the incident report, Jeezy's son attempted to escape but the rapper's bodyguard blocked the stairwell. The docs go on -- claiming Jeezy subsequently choked his son and said, "I will kill you." According to police docs, Jeezy's son claims his dad said, "I will put a bullet in your head right now," adding, "If I could get away with it, I would kill you." The incident allegedly occurred in Sept., 2012. We've learned Jeezy turned himself in to authorities Friday after a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued. He bonded out soon after for $45,000. Jeezy's attorney tells TMZ, "We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately. At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family's privacy." WOW.. we wonder what the SON did?? It appears that when Chuck, Nene and Phaedra took a trip down MEMORY LANE he name-dropped a few more BEAUTIES that were on the 'TEAM' as well--NAMELY a Braxton and a member of TLC!!!
