*Update* Father BEATS 18-year old family member when he catches him SEXUALLY MOLESTING his 11 yr old son! 911 call REVEALED!

Posted: 19 Jul 2014 05:42 AM PDT

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?  If you came home to a trusted family member that was in charge of watching your child and you find them MOLESTING him/her.  AND THEN you find that there is a HISTORY of molestation from this family member and your child!?  You may react just as this Florida father did- he beat the assailant within inches of his LIFE!

Daytona Beach police have arrested a man who they say was caught sexually battering a child under 12 years old by the victim's father.

According to police, Raymond Frolander, 18, is a family member of the victim, and was left in a position of custodial authority by the child's parents.

Officers responded to a call regarding the sexual battery of a juvenile just after 1 p.m. Friday.

When law enforcement arrived, they spoke with the victim's father, who told them he walked in and caught Frolander sexually battering his son.

The father told police he took physical action towards Frolander to prevent him from leaving the scene before police could arrive. Police observed Frolander laying on the living room floor with bruises on his face, and bleeding from his mouth.

Officers cleared the house, and EVAC personal transported Frolander to Halifax Medical Center.

Detectives met with the victim, who told them he was playing video games in the apartment with some friends. After his friends left, the boy told police he was alone in the apartment with Frolander.

The child told investigators that Frolander asked him to sit on his lap, and not too much later, took the boy into the back room of the apartment.

According to the police report, Frolander disrobed the child, and began sexually battering the victim. While the attack was taking place, the boy says, his father walked in.

"I can't imagine how the dad felt. Obviously the 18-year-old was like a family member and you have your 11-year-old son being sexually assaulted and the father acted as a father should act. I mean if you listen to the 911 call, it says it all," said Chief Mike Chitwood with the Dayton Beach Police Department.

When the 911 responder asked the father if any weapons were involved, he said: 'My foot and my fist'.
'He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you, I dragged him into the living room,' the father said. 'Send an ambulance. He is going to need one.'
The dispatcher asked: 'Is he still unconscious?' to which the father responds: 'Yes... I hit hard, sir.'
He said that Frolander was a 'damn lucky boy that I love my God'.
The father added: 'He stood up and his pants were around his ankles and nothing else needed to be said. I did whatever I got a right to do except I didn't kill him.'

The father had left his home around 1am to pick up some food and when he returned, heard a strange noise coming from the bedroom, police said.
He pushed open the door and allegedly found Frolander with his pants down performing a sex act on the child.

During the forensic interview with the victim, he disclosed that there was a history of past sexual abuse from Frolander. According to the victim, this abuse began at the age of 8 years old.

The defendant was treated and released from Halifax Hospital. After his release he was interviewed at the Daytona Beach Police Department by detectives.

During the recorded interview, detectives say Frolander admitted that he had a sexual relationship with the victim. According to investigators, at the conclusion of this interview Frolander stated "I'm guilty."

Police say Frolander has no prior incident on his record as an adult related to sex cases. Frolander was denied bond.

The father was not charged in the suspect's beating, police spokesman Jimmie Flynt said.
Frolander was taken to Halifax Heath Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries.
The arrest affidavit said that Frolander admitted the abuse.
The teen was charged with sexual battery on a child under 12 and is being held without bail. It was not known whether he's hired a lawyer.

I feel the father acted appropriately and that Frolander is LUCKY he wasn't killed.  The victim here is the 11 year old child.  He will have to deal with this traumatic incident for the rest of his life.  There is nothing like the innocence of a child.  Once that is loss, it can never be revisited.
