The 30 year old rapper was feeling well enough to return to Twitter to thank his fans for their support and well wishes while he was hospitalized,,,, well at least we THINK he actually tweeted.  Well SOMEBODY from the camp if it wasn't Wayne tweeted. And his 'father' Birdman couldn't be HAPPIER that Wayne is doing better.  "God Bless.my son just release frm hospital.thanks 4 all tha luv.YMCMB.Richgang," tweeted Birdman upon his release. Here's how straight from the HORSE'S MOUTH: GET EV's FITNESS TIPS after the JUMP: 1. Don't be lazy Try to be active as much as you can! Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead of taking the cab (for you New Yorkers!), park far in the parking lot if you are going grocery shopping or to the mall. Just try to be active, which helps. 2. Work out in the morning Working out in the morning will boost your metabolism. 3. Do more than 15 minutes of cardio It honestly takes more than 15 minutes for your body to begin metabolizing fat. So, I normally do 45 minutes. 4. Stop using the scale If you are trying to lose weight, find that pair of jeans that you want to eventually fit into…then try them on each week. This is the best indicator to knowing if you are losing weight or inches from working out. 5. Be aware of what you put into your body I'm not a label reader, however, I don't eat everything. I actually don't eat sweets nor do I eat meat, except for fish. When I want to fuel my body prior to a workout, I do not drink sports drinks or coconut water do to the calorie intake. I usually drink youthH2O, which is fueled with super foods that are better for your body. 6. Don't work out everyday Bottom line, your muscles need to relax.
