That's right, Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough are OVER!!  The dancer-turned-actress has split from Ryan Seacrest, her boyfriend of two years. People was the first to break the news, citing sources close to the couple. The sources told People that Julianne and Ryan's busy work schedules proved to be a "great challenge." Julianne, 24, just finished a promo tour for her film "Safe Haven," and is working on a reality show with her brother Derek Hough. Ryan, 38, hosts his own radio show, "American Idol," and produces numerous TV shows, including "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." The source tells People they remain 'friends'. Although it has been known that Wayne was hospitalized for seizure activity--the extent of his actual condition at present have either been exaggerated or down-played. Members of the YMCMB camp are saying that Wayne is 'ok' or 'getting better', while other reports are saying that he is in a medically-induced coma to control the seizures. .JPG) Coming from a neurological background, I think the latter may be closer to the truth than the 'CAMP' wants us to think, but then again, I am not in the ICU with them. Putting patients in a medically induced coma is a typical practice in situations like this. HOWEVER, moments ago, we get a 'tweet' from the man himself, WAYNE!!! See what he had to SAY!!!! after the JUMP!!  SHORT AND SWEET! Hmmmm....*side-eye* Now since Wednesday when Wayne had the 1st alleged seizure, there was no WORDS or even PHOTOS of the rapper. Now amid this latest health crisis, Wayne decides to 'TWEET'?? Hmmm, it seems like a clever PR tactic to me, but who's to be CERTAIN!!!!>???? It appears the the 'Fireman' rapper has suffered MORE SEIZURES and is in CRITICAL CONDITION!! Get the DETAILS after the JUMP Lil Wayne is in ICU in critical condition after suffering yet another seizure, and we're told it doesn't look good ... TMZ has learned. Wayne was rushed to a hospital Wednesday, treated and released, but shortly after the release he was found on floor of his room UNCONSCIOUS! Wayne was rushed to the hospital again, but this time he did not stabilize. He was taken to ICU, where he was placed in restraints because he was shaking uncontrollably. We're told Wayne is currently "unstable," and has been placed in an induced coma. He is breathing through tubes. We're told several people are at Wayne's bedside crying, and a number of rap artists and family members are on the way. Sources say the scene is violent as Wayne shakes uncontrollably.  Sources say there's evidence Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system. We're told Wanye's stomach was pumped 3 times to flush the drugs from his system. Let's hope Lil' Wayne is OKAY and that there is no permanent BRAIN DAMAGE from this latest bout with seizure disorder! We will keep our eyes on this story as it develops more! Yahoo! has announced a new tour which will include the likes of Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, as well as special guest appearances by Justin Timberlake, Frank Ocean and Trey Songz.  The "Yahoo! On The Road" tour will visit 14 stops in the United States as well as 7 overseas, starting on May 3rd in New York City and ending May 31st in San Francisco. While the line-up for each stop has not been announced yet, Yahoo said that attendees can expect "a daily mobile entertainment and innovation festival this spring/summer featuring the world's hottest bands, comedians, and surprise guests."
