At today's taping of the Love & Hip Hop New York reunion show, Consequence allegedly smacked Joe Budden. However, the latter says it was a sneak move and that Cons got snuffed by Tahiry Jose.   So Joe Budden CALMLY calls into NY's Hot 97 to talk about the little sneak hit Consequence gave him. Budden said he thought it was a FEMALE that had come behind him and hit him. Listen to the CONVO!! I guess the 'BEEF' that was supposedly Squashed back in February is BACK ON!!! However, Budden doesn't sound too phased by the little ALTERCATION! LOL Well at least Cons didn't BITE him in the head. | Does ANYBODY like the #Lays 'Chicken & Waffle' Potato Chips? See one man's TASTE TEST! [video] Posted: 12 Mar 2013 09:08 PM PDT  As you know Frito-Lay had a contest for US the consumer to COME UP with their NEXT NEW potato chip flavor. After THOUSANDS of submissions and MILLIONS of VOTES, they have narrowed the field down to 3 choices!  In no particular order the 3 choices are: Sriracha, Cheesy Garlic Bread & Chicken & Waffles flavors. In theory, you would think the last one would be a good combination, right? I mean the tangy and the sweet COLLIDING over your taste buds? Sriracha? Well EVERYBODY likes SPICY CHIPS right? And Cheese and Garlic together is already a MATCH made in heaven right?? Well, I have not been able to find ONE person that LIKES the taste of the Chicken & Waffles flavor!! I have a good bud of mine that decided to do a TASTE TEST for us and let us know WHAT HE thought of the new flavor. This is what SJB had to say about the new flavor. CHECK THE CLIP! However, the Collins Co., TX jury gave the ex-couple shared physical and legal custody of their 9-year-old daughter. It appears that a woman may have died due to an allergic reaction to HAIR WEAVE GLUE!!! Get the DETAILS HERE!  A woman died from a massive allergic reaction that could have been caused by the glue in her hair extensions, a pathologist said yesterday. Atasha Graham, 34, who had used hair extensions for 14 years, collapsed after clubbing until the early hours. Home Office pathologist Michael Heath told the inquest into her death that the latex glue used to apply her extensions – or the solvent for removing old ones – may have been to blame. He added: 'I've seen cases where people using solvent to apply extensions has actually caused anaphylactic shock. 'There are about ten to 20 deaths a year in this country, many more in America. I have seen four in the last three months.' Dr Heath told the hearing at Southwark Coroner's Court in London: 'The hair extensions in Atasha's hair were of a latex type. This may or may not be related [to her death]. If it is the hair extension, normally a reaction would occur within half an hour of applying them.' But he added that traces of glue or solvent could have seeped into her bloodstream hours later after she started perspiring on the dance floor. He ruled out reactions to food and alcohol and said there were no drugs in her system. Read FULL story HERE! Posted: 12 Mar 2013 02:44 PM PDT  Internet sensation Kimberly Wilkins more affectionately known as 'Sweet Brown' is going after media JUGGERNAUT Apple!!! OH LORD JESUS it's a LAWSUIT! But does Sweet Brown have a CASE! She is suing Apple for using portions of her now FAMOUS television interview in a song that was sold on iTunes. Get the DETAILS after the JUMP! Oh did i forget to mention SWEET BROWN is REPRESENTING herself in the case! OH LORD JESUS she need a LAWYER!!! LOL   She's suing over an iTunes song that sampled a few of her catchphrases, according to NewsOk. Sweet Brown got her first fifteen minutes of fame when she told a local TV-news station that she fled a burning apartment building because she suffered from bronchitis, and "ain't nobody got time for that." The video became a viral sensation, amassing 1 million views on YouTube within 48 hours. Sweet Brown is seeking to profit from her Internet fame by becoming a celebrity spokesperson—and that may actually bolster her case.  Sweet Brown is suing Apple, a radio program called The Bob Rivers Show, and a handful of other parties for unauthorized use of her likeness, according to court documents. The basis of the lawsuit stems from a song called "I Got Bronchitis." The Bob Rivers Show, according to Sweet Brown's complaint, produced the song with samples from Wilkins' interview with the local TV-news station. The song sampled phrases like, "Ain't nobody got time for that," "Ran for my life," and "Oh, Lord Jesus it's a fire." The suit claims that in April 2012, the defendants started selling the song on iTunes for profit. It also claims the radio program and its owner falsely advertised that Sweet Brown had given her consent for the radio station to use her voice and likeness in the song. The suit was first filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County in June 2012. At that time, Wilkins sought a total of $15 million from the defendants. The suit has since moved to the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Lawyers for Sweet Brown recently petitioned the court to remove themselves from the lawsuit, so Sweet Brown and a co-complainant, Sparkell Adams, are currently representing themselves. Adams has represented herself as an agent for Sweet Brown in response to inquiries from Business Insider. The claim against Apple, at least, may not hold up in court. That's because The Digital Millennium Copyright Act provides protection for companies if they promptly take action to remove material whose copyright is disputed. Vick was scheduled to sign copies of his autobiography, "Finally Free," at Barnes and Noble stores in Atlanta, New Jersey and Pennsylvania until receiving threats in connection with his past involvement in a dog fighting ring, for which he served time in prison. "We cannot knowingly put anyone in harm's way," Byron Williamson, president of Worthy Publishing, told Phillymag.com's Tim McManus, "and therefore we must announce the cancellation of Mr. Vick's book-signing appearances." Vick spokesman Chris Shigas said the threats, first reported by McManus, were "very disturbing." Since his release from prison, Vick has spoken publicly at Humane Society events. "We understand that a lot of people out there will never forgive him," Shigas said (via Philly.com's Les Bowen). "But at what point do we say a line has been crossed?" McManus writes that "there has been a recent uptick in what a source close to Vick calls 'credible threats of violence.'" Last fall, it was revealed that he was again a dog owner and Vick said then in a statement: "I understand the strong emotions by some people about our family's decision to care for a pet. As a father, it is important to make sure my children develop a healthy relationship with animals. I want to ensure that my children establish a loving bond and treat all of God's creatures with kindness and respect. Our pet is well cared for and loved as a member of our family."  Vick last month agreed to a restructured three-year deal to remain with the Eagles, with whom he signed in 2009 after missing two seasons while serving his prison sentence. Megan Mullally of 'Will & Grace' fame has a band with Stephanie Hunt known as 'Nancy and Beth'. While the band was in El Lay recently, they performed a very INTERESTING cover of 'Smell Yo Dick' complete with the 'N' word and all!!! CHECK the CLIP!
