For the second consecutive game, the San Antonio Spurs went into Miami and absolutely dominated the Miami Heat, winning 107-86 Thursday night to take 3-1 advantage in the series. Kawhi Leonard was excellent once again. He scored a team-high 20 points on seven-of-12 shooting, pulled down 14 rebounds, dished out three assists and recorded three steals. Tony Parker had 19 points, Patty Mill scored 14 and Tim Duncan had 10 points and 11 rebounds. Boris Diaw fell just shy of a triple-double, finishing with eight points, nine rebounds and nine assists. As a team, the Spurs shot 57.1% from the field and held the Heat to just 45.1% shooting.  LeBron James led the way for the Heat – he scored a game-high 28 points on 10-of-17 shooting and pulled down eight rebounds. The rest of the Heat shot just 22-of-54 from the field (and that includes James Jones, who went four-of-four in garbage time). A 53-year-old New Orleans woman was memorialized with a "last party" at her funeral this week, complete with beer, menthol cigarettes and a disco ball, according to WGNO. Miriam Marie "Mae-Mae" Burbank passed away on June 1. Burbank's two daughters said Burbank was "full of life" and they wanted her funeral to reflect her life. "She gets down, 53. "She's not a normal 53," Burbank's daughter Zymora Kimball said. So it's only fitting, that it all be captured as part of her home-going. "I didn't want her to just go, just go. "So, I had to do something amazing. "So she's never forgotten." Check the VIDEO after the JUMP! The sisters told the funeral home directors at Charbonnet Funeral Home in New Orleans about their mother and planners came up with a way to honor Burbank. At the funeral, Burbank was sitting at a table in a living room setting holding a menthol cigarette and a glass of beer. A crossword puzzle and Saints helmets were also featured on the table. Non-traditional INDEED. I can see both sides of this debate. This is the way 'Mae Mae' lived and wanted to be celebrated, so WHY NOT!? But then the other side of the coin-it does come off a bit unsettling at FIRST, but that's the case with a lot of things we are not familiar or accustomed to. So, WHY NOT???  |

"As the preacher's wife, I felt isolated even in the marriage because no one seemed to care about my pain as the wife who was suffering silently. To the CONTRARY, reps for the former '30 Rock' star say, "Today was a better Day". Get the FULL MEDICAL update and in related news, the Wal-Mart truck driver involved in the fatal accident pleads NOT GUILTY! Tracy Morgan, whose limo van was hit by a truck early last Saturday, continues to improve, says his representative. "Today was a better day," relayed his publicist Lewis Kay in a statement released to USA TODAY. "While Tracy remains in critical, but stable, condition, he continues to show signs of improvement. His medical team remains optimistic that his recovery is progressing."  On Wednesday, the Wal-Mart truck driver charged in the fatal wreck, who New Jersey authorities say had not slept for 24 hours before the crash, pled not guilty to charges including death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.David Glassman, the attorney for truck driver Kevin Roper, 35, entered a plea of not guilty on his client's behalf before Superior Court Judge Bradley Ferencz in New Brunswick, N.J. Roper remains out on $50,000 bail. Roper has not only maintained his innocence ... he says he's a scapegoat because a celeb was involved. He says this was simply an accident.  State Police said Roper, of Jonesboro, Ga., failed to see a traffic slowdown on the New Jersey Turnpike near Cranbury Township early Saturday. His truck slammed into a limousine bus carrying Morgan, James "Jimmy Mack" McNair and several others, setting off a chain-reaction crash involving another tractor-trailer, an SUV and two cars, authorities said.All the victims were in the limo bus. Morgan's mentor McNair, 62, was killed. Morgan's friend Jeffrey Millea, 36, and comedian Ardie Fuqua Jr., 43, were critically injured, while comic Harris Stanton was treated and released from a hospital Saturday. The limousine had been returning from a comedy show in Delaware. Morgan's fiancee, Megan Wollover "remains by his side and is relaying the countless good wishes and prayers that his family, friends and fans have been sending their way," said Kay in the statement. "In addition, Jeff's wife asked us to pass along that Jeff has also shown much improvement over the past few days. She is very thankful for the love and support she and their family continue to receive."
