Posted: 23 Apr 2013 10:17 PM PDT  Rapper and 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' star Lil' Scrappy TURNED himself into authorities yesterday.  Scrappy is up on parole violations for refusing to take a court-ordered urine test. Sources say he tried to submit a sample that was 'cold to the touch' and when he was asked to re-submit another sample, he refused--PAROLE VIOLATION. In a nutshell, the rapper probably knew he had illegal substances in his system, so he tried to the common practice of passing off someone else's urine off as his own to pass the test. Unfortunately for him, it didn't work. Momma Dee was already out SUPPORTING her 'Prince' with 'Free Scrappy' t-shirts. I wonder how much those tee's run for? Hmmm...
