| Remembering the LIFE & Legacy of Lisa #LeftEye Lopes! [videos] Posted: 25 Apr 2013 06:37 AM PDT  It's hard to believe that Left-Eye has been gone from us 11 years!!! Her legacy and imprint she left on the music scape lives on! She was the DRIVING force behind MEGA WATT girl group TLC and the catalyst for Blaque. Her creativity and gift knew no bounds!  Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes was truly an innovative soul. After a public dispute with her fellow bandmates, T-Boz & Chilli, Lopes was determined to release her solo album 'Supernova'. The 1st single was 'Block Party', which charted high in the U.K. but failed to make much buzz in the states. The 2001 disc never saw the light of day in the United States. I have a digital copy of 'Supernova' and it would have been a great disc for Lopes' solo career had it been released. Arista chose not to after 'Block Party' wasn't a success right out the gate.
