| #Twitter launches new MUSIC APP! Lets you DOWNLOAD Trending music!! [details] Posted: 18 Apr 2013 02:33 PM PDT  Following rumors of a new music app for iOS from Twitter last month, the company today announced the public release of the new service. The app, which is available as a free App Store download and rolling out on the web, integrates a number of existing services to give users each access to their Rdio and Spotify subscriptions, as well as previews of iTunes Store content. The songs on Twitter #music currently come fro  Twitter #music is unsurprisingly based around existing Twitter services, taking advantage of Twitter trends to detect popular and emerging artists and songs and leveraging users' own follow lists and those of artists to recommend new music. ABC News has more on how the app works: The Popular page shows you new music that's trending across Twitter while the Emerging tab shows "hidden talent found in tweets." While those two parts feed you information about what the collective Twitterverse is jamming to, the last two focus on who you follow and your personal music taste. But photos have been circulating for weeks now depicting NFL baller, Kerry Rhodes getting close and cozy with his male assistant. So much conversation has been made about Rhodes' sexuality that he came out and made a statement:  Photos have been circulating of my former assistant and I that have caused some rumors regarding my sexuality, and I wanted to address the situation… I am not gay. | Posted: 18 Apr 2013 12:40 PM PDT  President Obama brought a mixture of reassurance and defiance to Boston on Thursday to help heal a city hit hard by terrorist bombs. "Every one of us stands with you," the president said at an interfaith service inside the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. "Boston may be your hometown -- but we claim it, too. ... For millions of us what happened on Monday is personal."  Then Obama's tone took a more defiant turn toward those who planted the two bombs that exploded near the Boston Marathon's finish line Monday. "Yes, we will find you. And yes, you will face justice," Obama said. "We will hold you accountable." Calling the event a chance to "mourn and measure our loss," the president also reaffirmed that Boston's spirit remains "undaunted and the spirit of this country shall remain undimmed." He looked ahead to next year's race, defiantly predicting that "the world will return to this great American city to run even harder and to cheer even louder for the 118th Boston Marathon.
