| #ReeseWitherspoon ATL ARREST DRAMA! Denies saying, "Do You Know Who I Am?" Posted: 21 Apr 2013 09:01 PM PDT  Let's get to the BOTTOM of the Reese Witherspoon drama! Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth were arrested and jailed early Friday morning in Atlanta for an alleged DUI and disorderly conduct, after getting pulled over under suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Around 3:30 a.m. the same day, the couple were released on bond. A court date has been scheduled for Monday at 8 a.m. in Atlanta Municipal Court. According to the police report, "Mrs. Witherspoon asked, 'Do you know my name?' I answered, 'No, I don't need to know your name.' I then added, 'Right now.' Mrs. Witherspoon stated, 'You're about to find out who I am'." Witherspoon's REPS CLEARS IT ALL UP: "It wasn't like that," the source said, and explained that when the officer was handcuffing her, Witherspoon simply asked, "Don't you need to know my name?" The source also added that there was no screaming or any sort of physical altercation between Witherspoon and the officer.
