In the GLOSSY Usher talks fitness, and what he does when he is NOT WORKING!!! Get some EXCERPTS and peep the PICS! via Styleblazer: On the importance of fitness:  "If you take care of your body, it'll take care of you. The benefit obviously is that I'm protecting my body from being harmed. I did my best to prepare and condition my body over time. If I didn't do this, I'd look a mess because of the lifestyle I live. I mean, the moment you go off, you notice the difference. You move slower." On when his health was at it's worst:  "At the age of 18 or 19, I broke down a lot. I'd get colds, catch the flu, 'cause I just wasn't taking care of my body. I wasn't eating right. I wasn't taking vitamins. I wasn't sleeping, which I still don't do. That's part of my problem—not resting." On what he does to wind-down:  "My life is work, work, work, work, work. So, naturally I have to have some moment for myself at the end of the day. Most of the time, I'll add a workout because it's something I want to do for myself physically, or I'll go and read a book, meditate, or whatever it may be, just to keep myself sane."  |

Khloe Kardashian and estranged husband have been SPOTTED OUT TOGETHER for the 1st time in almost 3 months!!! Khloe also ADDRESSES The Game rumors ! GET THE DEETS after the JUMP! The married couple was photographed together for the first time in over three months on Tuesday in Calabasas, Calif., where they were snapped driving in a Mercedes SUV. Wearing a serious expression and large sunglasses, Khloé sat behind the wheel while her husband of four years took the passenger seat, turning to face his wife as paps snapped pics of the troubled pair. It is unclear what the MEETING was about, but from the looks of this pic, there were no smiles or KISS-KISS HUG HUG in THIS SUV! Hopefully the two can WORK THROUGH this VERY ROUGH PATCH!!! In light of her Mom and STEP DAD splitting, it'd be good to see ONE FUNCTIONAL marriage work in this family.
