[details] Posted: 08 Feb 2013 09:00 PM PST Mendeecees Harris of 'Love & Hip-Hop' fame has been found NOT GUILTY of MULTIPLE child sex charges!!  Harris was charged with sexual assault, child endangerment and promoting prostitution — after being accused of forcing a 15-year-old girl to watch porn with him, expose herself to him, and perform oral sex on him back in 2009. Relatives and friends of Mendeecees Harris erupted in a courtroom in state Superior Court in Hackensack as the panel came back from less than a few hours of deliberations and cleared him of multiple charges of sexual assault, child endangerment and promoting prostitution. "We love you! We love you!" one woman screamed at the jurors while several other relatives, who filled up half of the courtroom, clapped and cheered, with more than a dozen sheriff's officers struggling to calm the crowd. Harris' attorney released a statement after the decision, saying, "My client and his family are jubilant that these charges are now behind him … This is real drama, not TV." (source) HOLD UP!! | Breaking! CALIFORNIA MANHUNT for EX-COP #ChristopherDorner ONGOING! Suspected of killing 3! [video] Posted: 08 Feb 2013 07:11 PM PST  BIG BEAR LAKE, Calif. -- Authorities hunting for an ex-Los Angeles police officer suspected of three killings have wrapped up a four-hour search of his mother's Orange County home. Irvine police Lt. Bill Whalen says his department and U.S. marshals removed 10 paper grocery bags of evidence from the home Friday in La Palma. He didn't elaborate. Computer forensics lab technicians removed five items as evidence. Whalen says Dorner used to live at the home, but nothing indicates he's been there recently. Dorner's mother and sister cooperated with the search. Dorner is suspected in a spree of violence as revenge for being fired from the Los Angeles force. A former LAPD captain's daughter and her fiance were killed in Irvine last weekend. A pair of shootings Thursday killed one officer and wounded two others. All that was left were footprints leading away from Christopher Dorner's burned-out pickup truck, and enormous, snow-covered mountains where he could be hiding among hundreds of cabins, deep canyons and dense woods. More than 100 officers, including SWAT teams, were driven Friday in glass-enclosed snow machines and armored personnel carriers to hunt for the former Los Angeles police officer suspected of going on a deadly rampage to get back at those he blamed for ending his police career. U.S. Surgeon General Regina Benjamin, along with Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas, singer Toni Braxton, talk show host Wendy Williams and CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien,and many more walked the red carpet at The Heart Truth's annual Red Dress Collection fashion show Wednesday night, highlighting the ways in which they're personally fighting for the cause.  Peep the Video and get more DETAILS after the JUMP!  Singer Toni Braxton, who was diagnosed with heart disease after the birth of her second son, Diezel, agrees. "Sometimes it's challenging practicing self-care, because [as] women, we tend to forget about ourselves," Braxton said. "But sometimes there are signs and symbols that say, 'hey, get yourself checked out, take a little break.'" For her, those red flags include chronic fatigue and elevated blood pressure, symptoms that Benjamin says you don't actually have to break a sweat to get a rein on. For the younger set, gymnast Gabby Douglas had some advice, too: "Eat protein, stay active and eat healthy." For a history-making athlete that may seem easy to do, but Douglas emphasizes it takes a lot of work, even for her.  Incidentally, corn has been shown to help promote heart health, with the vegetable's antioxidant activity a known protector against cancer and heart disease, increasing as the corn is cooked. | Posted: 08 Feb 2013 08:22 AM PST  It really is a 'HOUSE DIVIDED' situation with Whitney Houston's family! On February 11, we will remember the 1-year anniversary of Whitney's untimely passing. Houston's body was actually still upstairs in the very hotel and the very time she was supposed to be the guest of honor at her mentor Clive Davis' party!   Whitney Houston's mother Cissy recently spoke about her dismay at being invited to the event on the day that her daughter died. "I got an invitation to the party, which is the most obscene thing," Whitney's mother Cissy Houston, 79, told Access Hollywood Thursday. "I don't know why they would want me to come to the party in which she died, you know? Unheard of." "I guess maybe he just sent me a copy for remembrance sake," she  Whitney's brother Gary Houston and sister-in-law Pat feel very differently about the invitation. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the couple said that they will attend the party to support Davis. "[Clive] was such an important part of Whitney's life. I mean, that was her industry father and he really, really was," Pat said. "My husband and I will definitely be there this weekend to support Clive. Absolutely."  There is no word on how Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi-Kristina feels about the invite.  THOUGHTS!!?!? I can see both sides of the debate. It would be hard for Cissy to attend knowing that this is the place and the reason her daughter was even in L.A. at that time and the LAST PLACE she was alive.
