They maintain that they questioned Hammer (whose name is Stanley Burrell) only because the vehicle he was in had expired tags and he was not the registered owner. When they questioned Hammer about the vehicle, he became very argumentative and refused to cooperate. Hammer was booked into Santa Rita jail but was released on bail. His court date is scheduled for next month and it will then be decided if formal charges will be brought against Hammer/ Hammer has take to his Twitter account to vent his frustration over the incident and posted this message: "Instead of being bitter, I'm taking the opportunity to make this a 'teachable moment' and 'eye opener' for my many friends & colleagues ... I will now answer his question, contrary to his personal beliefs, all people of color are not on parole or probation fat boy!!!"SMH... Three of his past mistresses have all come forward one right after the other to try and cash in on the ex-baller and one has even leaked a nude photo of him. Thurayyah Mitchell, Marbury's former chef with whom he had an affair, recently won a court case against him because Marbury agreed to pay her $900,000 in hush money to keep the affair a secret. Marbury only paid her $600,000 and when he stopped paying, she started singing like a bird. He was ordered to pay her the remaining $300,000. Then another young lady, an aspiring rapper named Monet Merchand (no relation to Inga, aka Foxy Brown!), came forward and spilled details of her trysts with Marbury. She was even so bold as to begin harassing Marbury's wife, Tasha, who also currently stars on the reality show "Basketball Wives". Tasha had to get a restraining order against the chick! The latest jumpoff, who remains anonymous for right now, apparently didn't get her "hush stipend" either and has decided to leak still photos from a video she recorded of Marbury in the shower. You can peep the NSFW pic HERE if you're interested in seeing his $900,000 package, but in all honesty I really don't see enough there to get all hyped about. I mean, he's no Johnny Patrick, that's for sure... IJS! I'm sure Tasha will have a lot of tea to spill in the upcoming episodes of "Basketball Wives" about this situation. Stay tuned!
