| Celeb transgender Blogger, #BScott LOSES #BET DISCRIMINATION Lawsuit! Posted: 17 Apr 2014 08:02 PM PDT  Celebrity blogger and transgender media personality B. Scott has come up on the short end of the stick in his BET discrimination lawsuit. Last August, B. Scott (born Brandon Sessoms) filed a $2.5 million lawsuit against BET Networks and its parent company Viacom for alleged discrimination. The plaintiff was hired to be a style correspondent for the pre-show of the 2013 BET Awards, but when he showed up, his supervisors didn't like what they saw.  "B. Scott was literally yanked backstage and told that he 'wasn't acceptable.' B. Scott was told to mute the makeup, pull back his hair and was forced to remove his clothing and take off his heels; thereby completely changing his gender identity and expression," said the complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. "They forced him to change into solely men's clothing, different from the androgynous style he's used to, which he was uncomfortable with."In reaction to the lawsuit, Viacom brought an anti-SLAPP motion and asked the judge to strike the complaint as an impingement of its First Amendment rights. On Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court judge Yvette Palazuelos granted the motion. Scott attempted to point to evidence of discriminatory intent. During discovery in the case, internal e-mails emerged from BET executives including one from BET Music programming president Stephen Hill that said, "I don't want 'looking like a woman B Scott.' As rumored earlier this week, the athlete, 34, signed a deal with the New York Knicks to join the team for the remainder of the NBA season, Knicks president Phil Jackson announced on Wednesday, April 16. The remainder of the season amounts to just one game for the Knicks, a matchup with the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night. Odom previously played for Jackson as a member of his Los Angeles Lakers championship teams in 2009 and 2010. COngrats are in order FOR SURE! [details] Posted: 17 Apr 2014 03:01 AM PDT  I don't watch ABC's UBER-POPULAR show, 'Scandal' so I am not THAT familiar with Columbus Short's role on the show, but I am SURE it can't rival his RECENT OFF-SCREEN persona. It appears that Short is in HOT WATER again as his wife files for DIVORCE citing the actor threatened to MURDER HER then kill himself in a DRUNKEN RAGE! Get the DETAILS HERE!  According to a restraining order apparently obtained by TMZ, the Scandal star had a violent outburst and threatened murder/suicide. Columbus' now estranged wife Tuere Tanee McCall alleges that at their Chatsworth home on April 7 he poured wine over her after entering the room intoxicated and acting as though he was going to hit her with the bottle. Tanee claims that after going to the kitchen and retrieving a knife he pinned her against the sofa and started to choke her. The actor allegedly told her he would stab her in the leg if she lied and began naming men who he believed she could be having affairs with. TMZ goes on to claim that Tanee alleges Columbus put a knife against her throat and threatened murder/suicide when she denied his cheating allegations. The documents allegedly filed in the restraining order claim that the 31-year-old TV star slashed Tanee's tire when she fled their home. TMZ alleges that the restraining order means Columbus has to move out of their shared property which he apparently did under the supervision of police officers. The website states that Tanee filed for divorce on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences, and is seeking sole custody of their two-year-old daughter Ayala. Tanee previously filed for divorce from her husband last September, but records show she changed her mind earlier this year and dismissed the petition. It comes after reports that Columbus pleaded not guilty to physically attacking Tanee on February 14 at his Woodland Hills home. According to legal documents pertaining to the case: 'Short and his wife started arguing and it got physical. Short's kids - a two-year-old and 10-year-old - were watching. It was the STRAW that broke the CAMEL'S proverbial back. Porsha POUNCES on Kenya and a CAT FIGHT ENSUES. We've all heard the story. Of course 'COWARDLY LION' calls 9-1-1- to file a POLICE REPORT and subsequently a warrant is put out for Porsha's ARREST for BATTERY!?We all know that Kenya Moore is NOTORIOUS for STIRRING the POT , throwing the rocks and 'hiding her hands' as if she has DONE NOTHING WRONG. Then playing the victim. This has been her M.O. since joining the cast.   *OH there is MORE--after the JUMP Fast forward to yesterday, Porsha turns herself in and is in and out of CUSTODY in less than an hour after posting $2,000 BAIL! SO who is WINNING, because Porsha by far has posted the most GLAM MUGshot we've seen in QUITE SOME TIME. Wouldn't you agree??  This is not a PASSPORT photo or a driver's license pic, but yes a MUGSHOT! FETCHING, isn't it? Even on a BAD PICTURE DAY like this, she still manages to LOOK BETTER than Kenya Moore!  Although FIGHTING IS NOT THE ANSWER to people's problems. We can kinda agree that Moore had this one coming for awhile now, right.
