I have to say something about Michelle Obama's nephew Avery Robinson at the Inauguration. Okay CHECK OUT HIS HAIRSTYLE!!!  This MAKES NO SENSE. Your AUNTIE is The 1st Lady, and your Uncle is the LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD and you can't get a FRESH HAIRCUT to see him get SWORN IN!!??? I mean really?? The part alone looks like it's grown in, and the sides need to be BRUSHED DOWN!! I've worn this style before so I KNOW the upkeep it requires!! Avery you get a SLAP ON THE WRIST for this FAUX PAS!!! Meet Mikel Ruffinelli-- a 420-pound mother of four from L.A. who measures a staggering eight-foot in circumference. Skinny as a teenager, Mikel started gaining after having her first child. 'I put it down to my pregnancies. I don't see why else the weight would go to my hips, although, I do eat lots,' she confesses. UHHH, yes, FOOD also makes you GAIN WEIGHT if you EAT IT OBSESSIVELY!!! Now it appears 'The View' creator will spend another day under observation and will miss taping of her beloved chat fest! Get the details on Walters' condition after the JUMP!  The pioneering TV legend was hospitalized on Saturday after suffering a FALL at the home of the British ambassador, Sir Peter Westmacott. Ms. Walters fell over a step at the ambassaodrs home and sufferd a cut to her head.  Out of 'the abundance of safety', Walters was taken to a D.C. area hospital for further obsevation. In his second inauguration speech today, Obama evoked the threat to the American Dream by pointing to income inequality, tying the woes of the middle class to the gains of the super rich. "For we, the people, understand that our country cannot succeed when a shrinking few do very well and a growing many barely make it," the president said. JD is rounding up all of his past artists and the artists associated with the label for this once in a lifetime event. Kandi Burrus, founding member of the hit SoSo Def group Xscape was asked if she would be reconnecting with Xscape for the reuinon and she said "NO, no!" JD responds! | #ChiefKeef PATERNITY SUIT! Being sued by a JUNIOR HIGH school girl for CHILD SUPPORT! Posted: 21 Jan 2013 11:49 AM PST  Keef, real name, Keith Cozart, was just sentenced to 60 days in juvenile detention for a parole violation. Yes, we must not forget the Cozart is only 17 years old. His legal woes are stacking up because now a junior high school student is suing Keef for CHILD SUPPORT!! Get the details after the JUMP!!   The junior high student filed the petition for child support in Chicago, claiming Keef fathered a baby daughter with her back in 2011. The girl's exact age is unclear, but according to the docs, she currently attends a Chicago middle school -- meaning she was .. at MOST ... in 8th grade when she conceived the child, but could have been in 6th grade. Apparently Cozart was 15 at the time of the alleged CONCEPTION. In Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex even if they're in a consensual relationship. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called "criminal sexual abuse." Punishment for the crime includes a max sentence of one year in jail ... and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years -- but in reality, these cases are almost never prosecuted. The most likely scenario in which Keef would face a judge is if the girl's parents press charges -- but if that hasn't already happened, it probably won't. I am assuming a DNA test will the the next thing up for both parties! How much trouble can one 17 year old rap star get into? We'll keep you abreast of the haps on this one.....
